Wow, and I thought I had it bad. That really sucks, pluckedturkey. RAD was the guy taking the money during the autographs and he is Mary Jo's hubby. He's a Texan that somehow wrangled him a northern girl. He's supposed to be telling how that happened in the CT forum, but what with the live event and all, he hasn't had much time to sit down and write it all out yet. And if you're reading this, RAD, we're still waiting! Ahh thanks for the explanation. I saw him but had no idea of who he was so i just passed him up and talked to Frank. sorry Rad. No worries about the camera I just wanted to rant . i really enjoyed the show I doubt i can make the MN one but i hope they come back here. I will be buying the Wasp Woman regardless :-)

The pictures are great and it sounds like everyone had a great time. I'm hoping to get to the October show.

Its the image of a man with money sort of has an air of athority to it. any way ... Awesome amazing show. That blew my expectations away. :-)

I am so envious of everyone who made this. After meeting MJ last year in Denver, I'm up for meeting some other members of the cast. I am hoping against all odds to make the October show but I'm not sure about that now with the way things are with spare money. Hey, how about a show in Orlando? America's Vacationland! Plus you are exactly 2 hours from my Tiki Porch and the best Mai-Tai's South of Trader Vic's!

I think at the very least one or all of them should come to St. Louis just so I can buy them a beer someplace...

Say, maybe the Titans could do a state-to-state tour, with free booze at every stop (provided by participating board members)! Chicagoland offers several reputable local breweries....

This live show thing is fun and productive. Fun, because...well, because it's fun. Productive because it provides "dry run" feedback for the product prior to in-studio filming, just like the ILM Oozing Skull show. So, here's hoping that it becomes a quasi/semi-regular thing. I'd love to see more live Cinematic Titanic shows! Let's see, this is April, October is six months away...maybe there can be one or two more shows in that span? One? Here's hoping.

Argh so jealous! Wish I could have gone! Damn being poor! I know what you mean. I just got incredibly lucky that they decided to make an appearance in my neighborhood.

I was at this show, and I saw them do "East Meets Watts" in Phoenix last year. Man, "Wasp Woman" was a good one. We were a few rows behind the Titans, and right before the show started, Trace turned around in his chair, smiled, and said "No reading along!"
I have an interesting story about that evening. I had driven down to Dallas with a few friends of mine to see the show. We had brought our copies of ACEG with us in hopes that we'd get them signed after the show. And yes, all five Titans autographed our books. Before we left, floating on cloud 9, one of my friends used the restroom. And when we got back to Oklahoma, we realized my friend had left his book in the restroom! The next day, I told him to call the theater. He did, and left his info, on the extreme off chance that it might show up. And guess what. It did!
I think it must have been a Mistie who found the book that night, realized how important that would be for a fan, personalized autographs and all, and turned it in. The theater then mailed the book back to him, and he said it's never leaving the house again!
If what I think happened happened, then it goes to show just how cool the people in the MST/CT/RT group are. That was an extremely nice gesture on someone's part to return that book, and I like to think that is representative of the MST camp.
One more thing about this night: Before the 20th anniversary Q&A session, they showed a short compilation of best of MST clips. When Mr. B hit the screen, that crowd ROARED. A roar I've rarely heard. If the makers of that short ever knew that it would one day garner such a response...

Cool story. Say what you want about MSTies in general, they don't seem like the thieving type.
I had a chance to go to the very first live show they did in Minneapolis, and by chance I mean I could have made it by taking a half-day off work and driving five and a half hours one way. Still, really wish I had gone.

That's actually pretty close. I may be driving from Ville Platte, LA for this one. Only six hours and its the day after my birthday.
