That's a good interview. And he mentions a couple of good future Rifftrax! This got me kind of psyched. I may have to watch a trax tonight. Maybe I'll pick up Raiders.

Nice interview. Wow I was kind of surprised to hear Red Dawn and Dirty Dancing might actually become a reality. Good news! It's been quite a while since they've done anything from the 80's.

Yeah, there was quite a lengthy discussion on the RiffTrax forum about their recent choices of newer movies. Basically RiffTrax said that the old movies just don't sell well, and the newer stuff outsells the old stuff by 80% more!! It probably has to do with how easy it is to rent/purchase newer DVD's. That being said, they are looking at doing more older stuff. And I personally believe that there is some 90's movies that would still do really well in RiffTrax sales. But Red Dawn and Dirty Dancing?!?!...Wow ;D
