Aw, shucks. Thanks, guys!
I don't think he mentioned it in the post, but Sean and I contributed to both The Dark Knight and next week's Harry Potter 3. As you can imagine, it's been a blast.

Before you know it Josh will be out in California drinking martinis and hanging out by the pool with Mike, Conor, and DisembAudio.

If the new Potter stinks I'm holding you personally responsible Josh! Okay, okay I'm teasing, please everybody put down the stones, it's my inner smart ass, I can't help himself. Seriously, that is very very cool. I remember hearing my riffs spoken by the masters for Batman & Robin and thinking, "I don't care if everyone in the world thinks my riffs were the worst, Mike, Bill and Kevin each voiced one of my lines and that is awesome!" I was as happy as a little girl. To be writing for these folks and getting a shout out like that, what an honor. Congrats.

Thanks, all. I still remember when I started posting riffs on YouTube a few years ago. Amidst the hate mail and death threats, the occasional well-meaning MST fan would write and suggest "you should show these to Mike Nelson and work for Rifftrax!" I politely dismissed the idea as ridiculous. Then earlier this year Bill discovered my comic and then the shorts and got in touch with me. It's been surreal ever since.

May I just say that I find Josh's solo efforts to be wondrous and delightful. His riffs are about as good as comedy gets.
Okay, that's enough Jack Perkins.
Seriously though, I've always enjoyed your work. I'm certain that your contributions to RT will help to keep the riffs fresh and smart.

I just watched some show about cats hosted by Jack Perkins. He certainly is a pompous ass. Not really relative to the thread but I felt the urge to express my opinion.

According to Mike's account of meeting Perkins (from the ACEG, I think?), he was nice but not particularly warm or interested.

I also remembered that. It is from ACEG.
The show I watched was basically pure fluff but Mr. Perkins made it sound like a profound and life altering viewing experience. Poopie!
