There was all this talk about the "Cloverfeild" riff. But howcome they never did a "Blair Witch" riff. I'd love to see that.

Because BWP is not a new release. New releases are just about all they do these days.

Because Cloverfield sucked harder, therefor it deserved it more.
Though I wouldn't mind a Blair Witch RiffTrax. Or a RiffTrax for just about any of these lame-assed hand held camera horror movies.

They did "Titanic" and "Jurassic Park" (with Wierd Al) and those were older.

They haven't done Titanic.
And I think they let Weird Al pick his title. They've done older movies at the request of many guests: "Missile to the Moon" with Fred Willard, "Willy Wonka" with Neil Patrick Harris, "Troll 2" with Lowtax, "Glitter" and "X-Files" with Mary Jo Pehl.

Weird Al did pick Jurassic Park, I was lobbying Conor hard for Purple Rain.
