Has anyone else had this happen to them? I've tried to download House on the Haunted Hill about six times through three different browsers...but every time I try the download quits before I manage to get the whole file. This also happened with Overcoming Fear. Apparently (according to the person I talked to at rifftrax support) this has happened with some other customers as well and no one can say what's going wrong. Does anyone here have any ideas or anything to add? My latest attempt to download HotHH got me all but the last five minutes of the movie.

Try to get a free download manger, & see if that works, that is the only thing that I can think of.

This is something I'm actively looking into. (How come you post about it here, but not on our forum or emailing us? (Or did you?))
Anyways, can you give me more details, like what browser you're using?

Anyways, can you give me more details, like what browser you're using? I did email rifftrax support. The individual who emailed me back told me what you just said...that they are looking at the problem. I was just wondering if anyone here might have figured out a solution, that's all. I have a Mac OS X with an adsl connection. I've tried Safari, Netscape and Firefox, with the latter giving me the closest to a full download.

Phew, that's a relief. What did you do to get all of it? I'm hoping I can solve the issue for good but... its harder when it's not happening to everyone. =/

I downloaded the smallest file, the mp4. It was able to stick with it until it completed.

Yeah, I had this happen with my Tron iRiff download last night. I haven't had a chance to try it again since, but I intend to tonight. But yes, I've experienced this problem so far myself.

Very strange. We're still trying to nail down the issue, but it seems that if you use a Download Manager of some kind for the larger files, you should be able to get everything completed on the first try. I'll keep looking into it and post back here if I have any definitive solution.

I just got all of NotLD through iGetter, after trying to download unsuccessfully several times. The DM worked like a charm, though apparently it had to resume the download some four hundred times. At least I've found a solution, anyway. All good.

Crazy! I'm thinking that maybe we should develop our own download manager that hooks into the website. That's the ideal situation but it of course requires resources we don't have (or the resources we do have to focus on something other than the daily site stuff..)
Anyways, thanks for following up here, unfortunately it seems like there's only so much give-and-take. But I'd be more than happy to try some other things if it's required.
