In another thread I saw a few people saying that they would like to see a three riffer version of Carnival of Souls. Well I just finished reading an email update from rifftrax and Carnival of Souls three riffer edition is scheduled for release on March 3rd. It is definitely on my list of future rifftrax buys. Just thought I would spread the word.

Finally! That was one of my favorites, movie and commentary. Though it was very heavy on the trivia so I imagine we'll get a lot of fresh new riffs with this one.

"Fresh" is the operative word. If they just read Mike's old script I'm declaring Rifftrax to be dangerously near "Jumping the Shark."

Carnival of Souls is pretty much brand new riff.
Also, we've "jumped the shark" with every release according to different people, so why would this one be any different?

Dr Z, the only true repeat has been Missle, the others were filled out and improved with new riffs

I know that and they've been fun. The only real disappointment for me was Missile to the Moon.

Dr Z, the only true repeat has been Missle, the others were filled out and improved with new riffs Agreed. I only caught a few new riffs throughout that RiffTrax. Most of these Legend re-releases are new to me. I've been watching them without watching Mikes Solo commentary. That is to say: I'm only watching the 3 person riffing. And I find I am enjoying them and I don't find myself trying to compare the 3 person riffs to the Mike solo riffs. I did do allot of comparing in Missile though, and that wasn't fun.
