Okay, so this is pretty lame, I know, as it's essentially news about upcoming news. But I got really excited.

B. Ward has made the rounds once again on the Shout Factory boards and, in a couple of posts, said to keep an eye on Mst3kinfo over the next week, and he mentioned that Volume XVI is going to be pretty 'big'. Whatever that means...

So, it sounds like a Summer release and news on XV within a week, then 'big' news on XVI to follow in the coming months. Here are the posts:

Already looking ahead to XVI, as well. Looks like that one will be pretty big. More details to come...

My guess would be that 16 will hit the shelves around the same time the 20th anniversary set did last year. October/November-ish in time for the Holidays.

Did I mention I love that Shout seems to be interested in producing 3 sets a year?
