I just reinstalled Oblivion last night and downloaded a bunch of mods. Today I get to install them all and see how quickly I can make the game crash. That's weird. I installed it, too. I'd bought it a loooong time ago, but my puter wasn't up for it. I gave it to a friend who recently gave it back. I figured I'd give it a try. Haven't had a chance to actually play yet, though.

It's still a pretty good game, and all the mods add a lot of replayability to it. For example, my character lives in a mountain top reproduction of the actual castle Dracula in Transylvania. Mods are neat.

Bought Little King's Story for the Wii. Similar to Harvest Moon but you're a king instead of a farmer. It was made by the same people.

Just caught the end of the Microsoft e3 presentation. They were showing some thing involving moving to manipulate stuff on screen. A bit like Wii but without a controller. Then a disturbing virtual child appeared and freaked me out so much I missed the point of him. Anyone else catch any of this? Looks like Microsoft might be owning this year's show.

Just so you all know. I got my 360 in late 2007 (for Ace Combat 6 & GTA IV) and have had no problems at all. Plus its very warm in my room in the summer (90+) and since my DVD player died, its running days on end, playing MST episodes to sleep by. A very robust system, IMHO.
By the way, does anyone want to try out my PSP? I don't think I'll be using it much anytime soon, and since I need to send it to my new home in South Carolina, I might as well offer an extended loan to one of my MST friends. Lots of titles, including GTA:Vice City Stories.
Maybe Queenie? (I just want to corrupt her with GTA, hehe) Later, Bix

I have an Xbox360 and I play Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion a lot. I work my way through missions trying to up my stats though I probably messed up when creating my Ritual Crusader.
I try playing Left 4 Dead, but it's much too hectic and I'm no micromanager, so the game seems kind of pointless for me really. I can't get very far because a witch keeps slaughtering me.
I don't have any online stuff since I can't afford it.
So that's what's going on with me.

I heard good things about Elder Scrolls Oblivion, and that was from another GTA fan.
I had posted on how well my 360 was holding up. Then I shipped it across the country via USPS...now the drive won't open!
Good thing I sprang for the 2-year warrantee!

360s are notorious for the heat sinks going to hell pretty badly. That's what happened to my first one... so you're lucky Bix! My friend has gone through like 4 or something- of course, he's played through and beat Fallout 3 three times.
The new Batman game is AMAZINGGGG

Yeah, that killed my son's. And, no, I didn't spring for the warranty. It's just further proof that I should have gotten him a PS3 like *I* wanted.

I've played Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Left 4 Dead and Fallout 3 on my brothers Xbox. I wasn't particularly interested in the first two, but I absolutely love Fallout 3. Unfortunately, I don't get to play it nearly as much as I'd like.
Don't think my brothers ever had problems with the Xbox, but we keep having to replace the various controllers (or the parts) for Guitar Hero World Tour. I can understand why the drums would break (he's really violent with them), but the guitar is mostly left untouched, so I can't see why there would be problems with it.

I've recently bought Bioshock, a WWII flying game, and down-loaded the first GTA IV expansion. But I've hardly played any of them. And I have lots of free time. Am I just getting old? I think its' because I spend an appalling amount of time, not under the influence as I used to be.

This may be stupid, but I am addicted to the Zynga games on Facebook. Anyone else? Haha, yes! I rarely talk to anyone on Facebook...I just play the games. ;D

I've just bought a Sega Dreamcast off of ebay for twenty quid. Never played one and there's now a wave of love for this neglected machine on game forums and what not so thought I'd get one. Plus the games are cheap and still pretty easy to get a hold of. Can't wait for it to come through the post.

Frustrated me at first but i rate it up there with Halo. so much to explore and a really interesting storyline. i do have to admit i never harvested any of the little sisters, so there are two endings i have never seen.
