Been a KOL addict for almost three years now, so it's really nice to meet you guys who love the game as much as I do. My name there is "Riley Finn". I know...Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Mystery Science Theater...I watch too much TV.

Is there something wrong in the Kingdom today?
I haven't been able to get on all day. My connection times out every time I've tried. Is the server down?

I didn't have any problems at lunch time.

Nope. Still no luck.
I guess an adventurer is not me.

I've had no difficulty at all. Maybe it's a conspiracy because you tried to take away their "Mr. A" and use it to describe yourself...

Well I finally got on last night and used my 160 Adventures.
Then I fell asleep and dreamed fitfully about meat paste and moxie points.
KoL. First it sucked my will to be a productive member of society. And now it's invading my dreams.

YAY! mummifiedstalin finally reached level 15 so he can make good food again...and bring in the daily cash, which is what the account that deleted was all about.
Anyway, if anyone wants chow mein or lo mein and has the ingredients, I can make them now. I can probably even cut you a deal if you don't have all the ingredients.
(The best food, tho, are the hi meins, which saucerors can make...this mummi's a pastamancer. Same number of adventures, just fewer buff points.)
Oh, and why is it good to be a high level mysticality class? I just made 150,000 meat in between writing that message and adding this note. How? Cooking up some of the random stuff I've collected along the way.
And now up to 300,000.

Mummi,
I've got a permanent sauceror scrumptious reagent summoning skill, if you need some sauces.

Mummi, I've got a permanent sauceror scrumptious reagent summoning skill, if you need some sauces. Not yet. I can't make the good ones, and the mediocre ones aren't worthy my time yet. I feel like I can actually play again. Pretty much all I've been doing is levelling mummi rather than my ascension guy (who was just randomly farming). Now it's time to head back to the ascension path for Kruppe. Although I hate to give up my mushroom patch in Degrassi.

I'm on level 11, and on my last 2 quests.
When the time comes, should I ascend or should I stick around and accumulate stuff?
And when I ascend, what should I know?

Ascend. A whole lot of new stuff opens up that FAR outweighs the few higher level skills you get for grinding out levels.
Things to know: You can change classes You can keep one skill You keep all your familiars (although all but one goes back down to 1 pound) All your items will go into storage You'll spend 600 (?) adventures in "Ronin" where you can't use the mall, trade with anyone, etc. You can choose a "sign" that will give you small bonuses and, depending on which sign you choose, open up some of the "hidden" areas.

Sorry to bump, but I finally got on last night. Thanks Mumms. Now I have to wait to play again until the rollover or waste my food. This is addictive. AARGH!!

Is there a recommended class or sign to choose?
