Forgive the total newbie question, but I've been searching in a couple of different places and haven't been able to get a satisfactory answer -- so I thought I'd ask here from the horse's mouth (as it were):
I have more than a few bot parts, a few of which are definite rarities. I'm wondering what a fair price for the lot would be worth -- I'm not looking to make Ebay prices off of anyone, since I'm mostly concerned that this great bot part collection would go to a good home (I've been an obsessed fan of the show for a long time) -- however, I'm still interested in some sort of fair value, either for money or for barter value...
Tom:
Gumball machine head (not rare, but exact model I think)
Original plastic "Money Lover Barrel" torso in red (*extremely* rare)
Various castings that I'd throw in: flashlight casing shoulders, doll hands, engine block, doll arms
While not a "boo bowl", I have a clear plastic bowl of the exact dimensions you need.
Toy train for making vacuum casts (rare, since I think it's the exact model)
Crow:
2 original Floralier torsos (not terribly rare)
2 original "e" plastic bowling pins (rare) -- also includes 2 non-"e" pins (crown symbol)
Original soap dish -- includes casting made of it
Various other castings: lamp housings for shoulders, grabby hands
Casting of hockey mask -- this is warped a little, presumably due to heat, but castings and even originals aren't hard to come by I don't think, or you can warp it back into shape with a little heat again.
Gypsy:
Original Century Infant Love Seat (*extremely* rare)
Foam tubing
Please feel free to correct me if I'm horribly mistaken about the scarcity of any of the original parts. I'll also definitely be willing to provide any pictures for verification (I'm a new user, after all). Thanks for your time, and I can be reached at bbenston at yahoo dot com.
