It looks okay... but the fact that they kept pushing this movie back makes me worried it's gonna blow chunks.
At least those rumors of him running on four legs doesn't seem to be true.

I was quite surprised, quite frankly. The look the film seems to have is what grabbed me. It almost feels Tim Burtonish as far as the art direction goes.
And there seems to be homage to a couple of other old Universal films, as well.
Oh, well. At least it promises to at least look good.

Speaking as a fan of the original, I must say that everything I've seen from this film has impressed me.
Then the trailer came, and blew me away. The constant push backs are absolute torture!

Wow, that looks like it could be a lot better than I expected. I never realized how much Benecio Del Toro looked like Lon Chaney Jr.

Most of the time the trailers are better than the movie.
I hope this is a hit though, because I want to see a remake of Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman.

I thought I'd bump this since the movie comes out Friday....
I intend to go see it.

I'll be there opening day. Also for Percy Jackson (I want movies based on Titan's Curse and Last Olympian, goddamnit).
Word on the street says it's mediocre, though. But I still hope for something special.
Today is Lon Cheney Jr.'s birthday! Happy birthday to the non-Benicio Del Toro Wolf Man!

I'm definitely seeing this when it comes out. It looks awesome! And in all seriousness, the original was not that great (it was no Creature from the Black Lagoon, but it was noFrankenstein either), making it prime remake territory.

Saw it yesterday. Decent, but underwhelming. I'd reccommend it to everyone, just to see if it sparks something in them.

Ew, those reviews were not sounding good. I wonder if MST's Werewolf is a better movie, after reading that...

Yeah, I'm definitely thinking twice about seeing it after the reviews.

Saw it yesterday. Decent, but underwhelming. I'd reccommend it to everyone, just to see if it sparks something in them. I really enjoyed it. The special effects were great, and I liked the story. The Chicago Tribune liked the movie(giving it 3 stars)and they hate everything. There were plenty of scares, too. I'd recommend it.
