I hope that the $4.99 price for this one is due to its length and not the new price for all future rifftrax.

That would not make me happy either - though I guess all things must go up in price eventually. Oh and another thing I'm not happy with, is this splitting shorts in 2 buisness. I was really getting into the groove on the last short when it cuts out as I'm laughing -- No, No I want moe, come back. Hell, charge me $2 if you have to and let me have the whole thing! Okay, I'll stop complaining now

Eh, I don't why this movie is so hated. It's not the greatest film but I liked it. It was well made, well acted and directed, a nice romance. I bought into enough that I got choked up at the end - laughing through my tears The riffing was worth every penny. There were a few dry spots, kind of what I expected with something so long. But there were also plenty of big laughs. Great 'trax!

Probably relevant to nothing, but I just noticed on boxofficemojo.com that Titanic's worldwide lifetime box office gross is $1,842,879,955. Almost 2 billion dollars. Uh... wow.
People are saying they're going to re-release it next year in 3D, too.

Saw it. Loved it. One of my favorite Trax after one viewing. I'd seen a little bit of Titanic before, but 80% of the movie was new to me, and though it was about as melodramatic as a thing can be, I didn't hate it. I doubt I'd ever commit to watching it without riffing, but I can see why it was so popular. Anyway, it makes an awesome Rifftrax.

oh wow, that was awesome.
i originally avoided titanic when it came out, resenting the hype about it. plus, my boss blew the ending for me. i mean, i knew the boat sank and all, but i didn't know leonardo bought the farm until she said so. so i saw no reason why i should invest four hours of my life into it. i think celine dion did her part, too. i wanted to gag every time i heard that song.
but i always did have a strong interest in the whole story of titanic, and while at a friend's house who had a giant screen tv (plus, i was not 100% sober), it came on one hbo or something, and i got all caught up in it. i hate to admit it, but i don't think it's a terrible movie. sappy as hell in places, true. but it was well cast and well acted for the most part. and i'm sorry, but i was impressed by the special effects. i watched part of it one more time when i caught it on television a couple of years ago. but this is the perfect way to watch it - with mike, kevin and bill. i salute them for putting the time in that it took to write this monster. it was purely hilarious in places and just funny as hell otherwise.
