It's published by what seems to be a low-quality, almost on-demand "publishing company." It looks like a few people trolled the internet for random lists, made a .pdf, and had someone print it out. I could be wrong, though....

Yeah I got an email from Amazon about this book since I ordered a new copy of the episode guide a while back. I love how it's only 84 pages and costs $51. Clearly, this is a quality, licensed product that every MSTie should own!

$51? With NO PICTURES? ?? They know where they can go and what they can do with it when they get there.

An omen of the future of publishing. Wikipedia article reprints at 60 cents a page.

I like how some of the Amazon tags are "Fraud" and "Fraudulent"
