For a few giggles, list your favorite last words of movie characters.
"Sayonara, RoboCop!" - Clarence Boddicker, RoboCop
"You were right. You were right about me. Tell your sister ... you were right." - Darth Vader, Return of the Jedi
"I have been and always shall be your friend. Live long and prosper." - Spock, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time ... like tears in the rain. Time to die." - Roy Batty, Blade Runner

Ah it's gotta be Edward G. Robinson in "Littel Caesar"
“Mother of Mercy! Is this the end of Rico?”
Plus I loved it when they parodied that on the Simpson, with the Police Chief (who sounds like Edward G.) rolling towards his doom.
Also Kevin Spacey's last lines in American Beauty (which had so many memorable quotes). He finsihes with... "You have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm sure. But don't worry - you will someday."
Now is this last words before death, or any final line. Because if it's the latter I gotta add
“Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.” from Casablanca
and Norma Desmond in Sunset BLVD - "...You see, this is my life. It always will be! There's nothing else - just us - and the cameras - and those wonderful people out there in the dark. All right, Mr. De Mille, I'm ready for my close-up."

I admit, I'm more of a visual person, and I tend to enjoy films in which the visual language tells the story more then the spoken dialogue. From what I can remember, I like the ending of Sergio Leone's DUCK, YOU SUCKER. After James Coburn's character blows himself up, Rod Stieger's character says, "What about me?" Also enjoyed the last line in Terrence Malick's DAYS OF HEAVEN. The wonderful non sequitur narration ends the film with the line, "I was hoping things would work out for her, she was a good friend of mine."
Tony? Pepper? MJ?, I liked your choices.
Oh, I just thought of one. The last 'line' of Buster Keaton's THE BOAT, "Damn if I know." That's why I'm a DAMFINO now.

"...and then I woke up." -Ed Tom Bell in No Country for Old Men.
The best closing scene & line I've seen in years. Decades, maybe. Although the ending of the Coens' A Serious Man was also very stunning. No great ending dialogue, though.
