I can't hate Titanic. It's a decent movie, one that was overrated by female teenage drones that flocked to it in 1997 and early 1998. But I can't hate a movie merely because it was popular and I don't think it should have been as popular.
Though I reserve the right to hate movies like Sin City, Cloverfield, and District 9, which are both terrible and popular.
On the subject of Terminator Salvation, was a disappointingly mediocre movie. This coming from someone who thought Terminator 3 was wild and crazy fun. The T3 RiffTrax, however, like Salvation, was disappointingly mediocre. Not entirly excited about this one.

Could tell right from the opening credits this would be a bad film. Only watched it with the RT crew, so I can't comment much on the movie itself beyond that MK&B made it watchable. Some good scenes (the gas station/giant robot business), but overall kind of bland and pointless. Bale was awful, but Worthington was surprisingly OK (as he was in Avatar - God I hope RT do that when it eventually comes out on DVD - it's just begging for a good riffing).
Disappointed that the crew did not address Sam Worthington's uncanny resemblance to a young Mike Nelson. Maybe it's just me, but a few times I was hoping for a "Look familiar, Mike?" callback. And with the abundance of time travel anomalies and the strong presence of ROBOTS, we got nothing from Kevin and Bill who, as we all know, are well-versed in these subjects.
