I'm going to see CT live on June 11 in Seattle. I have no clue what movie they'll be doing. Is there a way I can find out?
Are there any real chances to "meet" the cast? Do they let fans ask any kinds of questions?

No info on the movie that I've seen. I wish I was going, but I can't afford it at this time (I think I saw Devo at the Showbox? It would be cool to go there again) That should be announced soon.
I did see them at their last Seattle show and it was a blast. The cast signed autographs at the end and they would allow photographs and answer questions. Trace and his wife and RAD were out and about in the lobby before the show.
Be polite and use common sense with autographs and questions. I remember someone complaining because I guess some of the cast didn't seemed pleased over them dumping a load of items to be signed. But I mean, come on, be considerate, these guys are signing a lot of stuff, there are other people in line. So you, know, don't back up a truck full of stuff. (The reason many music acts limit it to one or two items per autograph is that people have taken advantage of the situation - so lets not push the CT gang into doing that)
They are all very cool and friendly. I got a picture with my hero Joel (yay!)
They did have DVDs and the silhouette picture for sale at the show, but no T-shirts. So if you want something like that autographed you'll need to order online (and it's overall cheaper for the DVDs on line as well)

Brandon, it's like watching a bad movie with your old friends.
I've been having them autograph the DVD covers that I have seen them perform live.
You're going to have a very, very good time.

Jeez how long does it usually take for tickets to get mailed? My dad ordered these a week ago.

I usually do mine as will-call so I can't tell you that - but considering there's 2 months till showtime, it might be a while. Check the bank/credit statement to see if payment went through, just in case.

Do they let fans ask any kinds of questions? Probably closer to time they will announce which movie they are going to do. If you go you are in for a treat! It will soon dawn on you that you are sitting in a theater full of fanatics just like yourself. If you are someone who has been surrounded by scoffers this is a pleasant revelation. They then do a short pre-show warm up that consists of some short comedy songs and sketches. Then out comes Joel and he usually does the introductions. They then swiftly proceed to the movie. You should laugh until your guts bleed. the atmosphere is infectious and will goad you on. Our favorite people are very good at what they do! After the show is over you have the opportunity to stand in line and wait your turn to have a personal moment with every member of the cast. The line won't seem so long because you will probably strike up conversations about our favorite riffers and cow-town puppet show with your new best friends. It it's important to you, bring something for them to sign. If you get there late you may be out of luck buying a picture or DVD for them to autograph. I was stuck with my ticket stub and I think somebody else had to use a corner of a paperbag last year in Austin.

I've been to a couple of CT Live shows and this is my advice:
1.Do not attempt to shout out riffs yourself: you will be hated, mocked, and ostracized by fellow audience members.
2.Do not buy CT DVDs at the show, as they are overpriced. Buy online beforehand.
3.Do not be afraid of a long line to meet the Titans. They love their fans and will stick around, no matter how many people.

My favorite aspect of the live shows is the infectious laughter that spreads through the audience. Everyone is in a good mood.

The show I'm going to starts at 9:30pm. So, do they even still hang around after that late at night?

Yes. As Chuck said, they'll be there after the show, and they love to meet all of y'all. Stick around and say hi.

I'm going to the Nokia show in New York City tomorrow night. I will definitely bring something to autograph (what that will be, I have no idea). I'm really excited!

Thanks, Bix! I've been looking forward to this for a long time.
I think I'm going to bring the postcard they enclosed with one of their recent DVDs and have them sign that.
