I don't find them that confusing, and many of those Tales From the Crypt covers are very well drawn! Here's my all-time favorite comic cover: Usagi Yojimbo issue 75, the end of a two year storyline where Usagi has been accompanied by Jotaro, who is actually his son, and largely revolves around the conflict of whether Usagi will tell him the truth or not.

The greatest comic cover ever. Lois Lane cover Thrill to the adventures of housemaid Lois! With the beautiful Kurt Schaffenberger art in that book, it may well be one of the best comics ever. However, I shall now post THE BEST comic book ever (with a pretty nice cover, too...) Krypto gets Super-Rabies, Green Arrow acquires a young boy with a heroin habit, and perhaps the best story of all time... Aquaman's Undersea Hospital, starring Aquaman, an octopus on crutches, and a shark wrapped in bandages.

Yep, that's it. I always joke that the 6 page Aquaman's Undersea Hospital Story would be re-done today as a 12 part epic, with pages upon pages of static shots of fish looking at each other, with dialogue like "glub... uh... glub!" And, here's more Silver Age Lois Lane covers, showing just what an @$$ Superman really was...
