I'm with Sia. In fact, I'll go so far as to say the temperature should never go above 70F in any circumstances. I'd go as high as 80F. If only for my pool.

We've been circulating for a month between 100+ temps and low 90's with extremely high south winds. The only thing not in that mix is RAIN!! Most of South Louisiana is in the worst drought condition in over 10 years. Ironic since just a few miles away, we have flood waters from up north that are finally starting to recede.
We grow lots of rice around here, and that is always irrigated, but I'm seeing farmers turning on wells for the soybeans, which in 26 years of living here, I've never seen. I've also seen hundreds of acres of soybeans lost to the heat and lack of rain.
We had an early and very pleasant spring, except for days and days of extreme south winds. The south winds are normal for us during spring, but they've been extremely bad this year, and supposedly that's what's kept the rain up north pounding everyone else. It's also kept it from raining here.
