i'm hoping to, but i've been a lazy doosh and haven't gotten my ticket yet, so i hope it's not sold out.

Last year I went with my brother and got my tickets late and ended up in the back. But this time I ordered the day they went on sale and I got some pretty good seats.

i was there. good time. i liked the standup routines. the movie was great. i mean it wasn't, it was horrible, but you know the drill. jokes were first rate. that's the good stuff. bad stuff: they need to fix that DVD problem. that's just embarrassing on a project of that scale, to have the movie keep locking up. though their ad-libs were so mega-impressive it almost made it worth it.
also, and maybe i'm old and curmudgeonly, i love an enthusiastic audience but they almost seemed TOO enthusiastic, they would laugh at things that weren't funny -- things that explicitly weren't even meant to be funny, like they'd laugh at an alley-oop line and then they'd laugh again at the punchline... but the straight line wasn't funny until you heard the punchline! also, they'd laugh over a lot of the movie dialogue. a weird thing to complain about but there it is. it almost seemed... i dunno, sycophantic. it's a goofy complaint on my part but there it is, nonetheless.
also, someone near me had bad breath. i can't really blame CT for that except that they apparently attract the sorts of fans who have bad breath. they also attract fans like me, which is also a problem.
overall, a very fun experience, i'd recommend it and i hope to go again next year.
holy carp, texas just hit a 2-run homer in the 10th.
