A few of my recommendations (the ones that scared me as a kid): Twilight ZoneThe Hitchhiker I recently watched that for the umteenth time, such a great episode. Late last night, right after I'd put in a movie, my power went out. There was no storm or wind, and the whole area was without power, so it was strange. It was kind of creepy looking out the window to see no lights, and all I could think about was the Monsters are Due on Maple Street. One of my favorite X-Files, although comedic rather than scary, is basically a Halloween special. Peterman from Seinfeld plays a Victor Frankenstein type, and his "monster" is annoying a rural town. The X-Files: Season 5, Episode 5: The Post Modern Prometheus
