There's always teeth.
Even if they are pulled out, you can be identified. Your sex can be identified by the relative narrowness of your pelvis compared to a female. Your approximate age can be determined by the lack of calcification of some of your joints. Your build can be determined by the thickness of muscle insertion points along certain bones. Your height can be measured. Finally, your face can be reconstructed using landmarks on your skull. Your skeleton is not getting away.
