What say we twist again... as we did last haunting...
It's October again, and I say it's high time to get our costumes together! I'm maintaining my tradition of the last half decade and making note of our Halloween costume tradition before I actually change into a costume.
And who am I, you may ask? Well, if you've read this before I've changed costume, then you already know! If you've read this after, then you'll have to follow the careful clues!
But enough of that Sloaney attitude. Let's don we now our ghoulish apparel, everyone! Trick or treat, all you wonderful old couches!

I was just wondering thr other day if we were doing this again this year. But since I was too lazy to change my avatar in the aftermath of Photobucket, I didn't really have a costume in mind either.
So I decided to go with BLATANT ADVERTISEMENT for my thread in the Rifftrax forum instead. If I think of something better in the meantime maybe I'll switch it. Until then this is the best I got.

Honestly, the Halloween Tradition is what prompted me to finally look into how an imgur account works. It's pleasantly intuitive, I'm happy to say! I even transferred a few of my photobucket images there. Sadly, photobucket's taken steps to make it harder than just "give imgur a link and upload it that way", but I think if I dedicated half an hour I could probably transfer all of my weird images from over the years. I made a special effort to save the various MST3K related ones, including my original "Radical Edward" avatar, which photobucket still listed with the file name that Ator gave to it when he hosted it for me ages ago. |

We've been doing this so long now it's getting hard to figure out if I'm unintentionally copying someone from past costume parties. Well, if anyone remembers another Clarence Boddicker from previous parties, let me know and I'll change it up. Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure someone did this already.  Name: Mod City Costume: Clarence Boddicker  One of the changes over the years here is that we no longer have our location displayed with our posts. That was kind of a nice feature for stuff like the costume party. For what it's worth, I actually did change my location to "Old Detroit," but most people probably aren't going to see it. |

Finally settled on a costume. I toyed around with using Harvey Weinstein, but dropped it because it might have been tasteless. But I decided to do something that will be dated by next year but is kinda funny right now.
