My favorite stingers are:
1. "You know Captain, every year of my life I grow more and more convinced that the wisest and best is to fix our attention on the good and the beautiful." From Phantom Planet.
2. "Is that stud coming?" From Diabolik.
3. The maniacal laughing white reindeer from Santa Claus.

The newspaper boy walks into the bar and quickly leaves! In "Invasion USA"
The grumpy old guy in "Brute Man"
Batguy spazes out in "It Lives By Night"
and IMO the best part of Hellcats was the stinger.

Oh Oh, and when Van Cleef fondles the gerbil/hamster in Master Ninja II.
Gawd that pleased, perverted look Lee wears on his face while stroking the poor furry beast is disturbing and hysterical.

My favorite has got to be the hysterical maid from Radar Secret Service.
Oookayyyy!!!
A close second is Johnny in Time of the Apes.
I don't care.

Almost all of these have already been mentioned, but they are all my personal favorites.
"Creeper, Creeper, Creeper. You give me the creeps!" from Brute Man.
As sampo mentioned, the maid from Radar Secret Service.
Lee stroking the guinea pig in Master Ninja 2.
The invisible animal being petted in Amazing Transparent Man.
"I saw the little creature...." from Boggy Creek 2
...and of course, the very first stinger there was! "Help Me!" from Rocket Attack USA
