I was thinking today of some really bad shorts I have seen through the years and I remembered one I saw back in '98 on CC, it was the HBO special version of Pee Wee's Playhouse which became the show (this version was a little raunchier) and they showed this short called Mr. Bungle. It was about manners in school and they used a kid and called him Mr. Bungle, whenever he did something the narrator would say: "A Mr. Bungle wouldn't do that". And at the end they had the kid at lunch and he gets this wedding portion size cake. MST3K would have had fun with it. Anybody rememer the special on HBO?

Oh yeah, Lunchroom Manners would have been fun. It's actually available on DVD with a few others; "Social Engeneering" is the name of the collection. It also includes "Shy Guy" which was aired often on Nick at Nite back in the day.
At Best Buy I saw it included with 3 other DVDs with shorts, collected in a Lunch Box complete with a working thurmos. (A word of warning, the DVD with the Drug Shorts is heavily edited, I don't know why but huge chunks of the shorts were cut out! The rest of the collection looks intact though)
