Here is a first of many that I hope we will all uncover.
In MITCHELL...just as the first MOVIE SIGN goes off, Joel tosses the "Daktari Stool" invention into the air. It comes down and I AM POSITIVE I hear Kevin Murphy (who must crouching below operating Tom) go "OWCH!" as if the stool wacked him in the shoulder or noggin!
The sound of the "OUCH!" is buried, but clear enough.
Anyone else agree?
Any other previously unknown bloopers?

Well, how do we know that it wasn't Servo saying ouch instead of Kevin Murphy? I think that they scripted it like that just so that people would have to think about the reality of the robots. How do they feel pain? How do they smell things? How do they taste things? It's all a part of the big mystery....of....stuff...
You're probably on to something, here....

But it is very subtle. Buried under the effects.

I'll have to watch Mitchell again...
Others I have noticed, although I don't know they're necessarily "bloopers" -
The ep where Tom gets a flamethrower for an arm - Joel needs several tries to get the flame blown out - the look on his face says that wasn't intentional.
Starfighters - When Tom and Crow are refueling, the laughter I think was due to the whole refueling and what it looked like, but I don't think it was planned
There's an ep when the bots are supposed to be looking at Joel and Crow is looking in totally the opposite direction - Joel has to turn the head around.
Sorry I don't have two of the titles though...
