I never realized the undead were so easy to kill. Seriously, a footstool busted the arms off that ghost and then she was gone.
Think of all the teenagers that could have been saved if they had just brought along some small furniture...
Anyway, anybody else notice anything cool about the episode?
Also, the new "How would you rate this MST?" is up in Gypsy's Games, if anybody's interested.

I've always wondered how it was possible they got a Mercedes Gullwing in that movie!?!? And what were those two losers doing in it? Also anybody else think they were just using a house that was up for sale at the moment, hence the lack of furniture, EVERYWHERE?

Don't laugh at me...but I think Screaming Skull is actually a decent film! Moody...
I like the Brit films like Deadly Bees and Gorgo.

Decent? BAH! Maybe if you enjoy a slow, mind-numbing, boring death. The only bright spots in the entire movie is when Micky would show up. Poor Micky, he's so fine he blows my mind, poor Micky.
Anyway, back to the topic, I was surprised that skulls always land right side up when you throw them. The Screaming Skull is quite the educational film.

Best exchange of dialogue: Husband: That's where Mickey keeps his gardening things. Wife: Who's Mickey? Husband: The gardener. I watched the original "Cape Fear" later on Saturday night, and I realized that the husband in "Screaming Skull" bears a vague resemblance to Robert Mitchum, the villain in "Cape Fear". Maybe that's why whoever casted him thought he would somehow be scary. Too bad the guy didn't resemble Mitchum in his acting ability!

So did anyone get a free coffin out of the movie?

Remember, those who die of boredom do NOT get a free coffin.

I had gone to a friends house to view the final episode... i was a party of sorts. Bout 8 people there. Had breakfast and a good time.
My bud told me that a production company re-released it on video/dvd... with subliminal messages in tact. The origional film contained subliminal messages of some sort. I've not looked it up online yet, but i'm sure there's more to it. I was told they were too obvious and completely stupid, but they were cut out of the MST3K episode.
Thought that was neat!

That must be why they had such long boring scenes, for the subliminal messages. Would be interesting to see, maybe.

I loved the house - never quite understood why it took so long to get their furniture out of the U-Stor-It though. And what's the deal with going for weeks without phone or electricity, yet the first night they are able to whip up a dinner 20 minutes after getting there? Then there's the thing where the house is completely empty EXCEPT when there's a cabinet she can scratch her hand on. And the fabulous Rue McLanahan portrait of course...
But I want to talk about the Romulan minster's wife. And the Romulan girl from Horror at Party Beach, and the very old Romulan roommate from the short (I don't remember it's name) where the college girl elopes with the young Colonel Sanders. Do you think that's some kind of genetic mutation? Why do they look like that? Is it the eyebrows, or what? They're kind of weird.

I have an uncut version and I noticed nothing subliminal. In fact, the version I have has everything the MST version has suggesting nothing was cut.

I don't know, but you can imagine how happy they must've been when Star Trek finally came along and they had a place to belong!
