So, we all know that there are massive Frank Zappa references in MST3K question is, are there any that some of you know that other of us don't know. Just a thought from a super Zappaphile and Mistie.
I'll start.
In Hercules and the Captive Women..
Crow-They're dancing to Uncle Meat by Frank Zappa!! Servo-Yeah, Dog Breath in the Year of the Plague!!!
Hey, it works. Post yours for the fun of it. Or don't.

I almost cry at the FZ tribute at the end of 523. Maybe not what you were looking for but you made me think about it. FZ you were loved!

I believe Crow sings some lines from "Don't Eat The Yellow Snow" in Jack Frost.

I knew it was one of those Russo-Finnish eps that I'd seen recently.
I've noticed a lot of riffs pertaining to the Mothers of Invention. Sorry I can't think of anything specific right now.
When I was in high school, I used to go to the record store just to read song titles from Zappa albums. I used to laugh until my stomach hurt. It's a great way to break out of depression.

And it's a pretty incredible song. The guitar and xylophone work on it is amazing. "At St. Alphonso's pancake breakfast- where I stole the margarine."

From Manos....
"It's a Frank Frazetta of Frank Zappa!!!"-Servo, in response to the painting of the master.

I've noticed a lot of riffs pertaining to the Mothers of Invention. Sorry I can't think of anything specific right now. Here is one: "Played by Jimmy Carl Black of the Mothers of Invention." - Servo, Cave Dwellers
