So is this how they verified their identities?
"It'll be a nice day if it doesn't rain." "It's always a nice day if it doesn't rain." "If the sun isn't too warm."

I really hope this clears the way to do one more 4 pack with Fire Maidens, Space Children and Deadly Bees.

My money's on Richard Kind, with a minority holding owned by David Warner.

Not to get anybody's hopes up, but I don't think anybody has pointed this out here... Paramount was recently started licensing titles to Shout Factory; they're doing a "Friday the 13th" box and I think they've already put out "Tales From The Darkside". Meanwhile Olive Films barely seems like an active distributor anymore. There's no evidence that the three titles have gone / are going out of print, but I feel like the foundation is there for Shout to get those released sooner or later... how much later, though, that's the part I'm not gonna get optimistic about.

I saw the announcement on YouTube and I couldn't believe it. If there's one thing good about 2020, it's that we've gotten pretty lucky with classic MST3K episodes being rereleased (even if it's all digital).

Has anybody checked the temperature in Hell recently? This was definitely on my "probably never going to happen" list.

Has anybody checked the temperature in Hell recently? This was definitely on my "probably never going to happen" list. Shout getting the digital distribution rights back to the MST3k Gamera episodes is a pleasant surprise! I remember that interview Shout's Jordan Fields did with Joshua Murphy on the MSTiecast podcast in 2015. When asked if Shout would renew the rights to the Gamera episodes, Fields said it was unlikely, given cost-benefit analysis. Fields said that the rights holders back then wanted too much money to renew the rights. If the Susan Hart episodes were to be announced for release, I might begin to think the apocalypse is upon us! Speaking of, according to the case docket, Susan Hart filed for full dismissal of the case earlier this month, on August 14th. Diet Kolos told me the documents state that Hart and Shout agreed to the stipulation that the case be dismissed with prejudice, meaning both parties are responsible for their respective attorney fees and legal costs. It means they settled out-of-court. www.courtlistener.com/docket/14661252/susan-nicholson-hofheinz-v-shout-factory-llc/?fbclid=IwAR0Tn9zFtASSXllIpkHrpV00gJdKSbaUd3Gen-7sVe5CADZ5e5bqeqx_dws

I'm absolutely clueless here. If I wanted to stream Shout TV, how would I do it? Is it a pay service?

I'm absolutely clueless here. If I wanted to stream Shout TV, how would I do it? Is it a pay service? It's not pay, it's free with ads, usually ads for Shout Factory products. You can watch on their website: www.shoutfactorytv.com/Pluto TV also has "channels" for both Shout Factor and MST3K. The marathon may be on one or both. You can view via website, or the PlutoTV app on many devices. pluto.tv/live-tv/shout-factory-tvpluto.tv/live-tv/mst3kThe Youtube add also mentions Twitch, so it may be on the MST3K Twitch channel. Again, available via website or app. www.twitch.tv/mst3kFree online service SIRR also has a Shout Factory Channel, #59. web and app: stirr.com/watchnow/externallinearfeed-03-08-2019-03-08-2019For reference, these are all the devices/services the Youtube ad lists at the end: Android FireTV AppleTV Roku STIRR IMDbTV Twitch TVPlus Xfinity Xumo Vizio Redbox sling

I lose touch with this thread for a few shorts weeks, and with the explicit instructions "No whorin' while I'm gone," and return to find that you irrepressible Saxons/Vikings/Pirates/Sultans totally cracked QUEST OF THE DELTA KNIGHTS! Well done to Shout! and Joshua Murphy for this accomplishment. I share in the hope that this episode could join the three Paramount titles for a putative Vol. 40 box set (and, while I'm dreaming big, served alongside featurette interviews with David Warner and Richard Kind), and hopefully it appears on all the usual VOD outlets down the line. For now, I'm content and grateful to enjoy this beloved episode on Shout! TV.
And now I hear they've re-upped the GAMERA rights? Would the fellow with the miracle-workin' wand mind pointing it at SOULTAKER, next?

Imagine if in the next couple weeks, Shout says something insane like "KTMA episodes are finally coming to DVD!".
