yep, been a fan since the beginning- still can't believe CC has gotten away with playing the SP movie uncut numerous times-it is hilarious.
B & B is still great, too-though the success of King of the Hill continues to mystify me, especially considering FOX's attitude toward Family Guy & Futurama-two much better shows, IMHO.

I like South Park but gotta put "The Simpsons" in 2nd position. Maybe B&B 3rd for me. I know the Simpsons have gone through some "flat" periods, but over the course of it's history rates excellent to me. Which reminds me of the most amazing thing about MST3K. Ten years and NO flat periods. Incredible!

I love South Park! I need to watch it more often, but I still love it.

South Park used to be funny, then Kenny Dies aired. Ever since that episode the whole damn show went to hell.
The funniest shows on TV are MST3K, Whose Line, and Simpsons (a much smarter satire than South Park IMO).

South Park makes me wonder if life is even worth living.

Then they took off the British version and I had to suffer through the US version only. It sickens me so much I can't watch it anymore.

South Park definitely has it's moments, but I wouldn't consider it my second favorite. Fawlty Towers is definitely my second favorite.

The US version is still better than what South Park has been giving us lately. Especially with the pathetic season they've had this year. I finally stoped watching after that Queer Eye for the Straight Guy episode. That had so much potential for a great episode, but went quickly down the drain. What crap!

The last episode of SP I caught was the "Casa Bonita" episode. I've pretty much given up on the series after that little disaster. Still like the beginning of the series and movie, though. The last good ep. I can remember was when Cartman was fighting bin Laden in the style of a Looney Tunes' cartoon.
The US version of "Whose Line" is nowhere near as clever as the British version...and Drew is no Clive, IMO.
As for the Simpsons? Even at its lowest, that show is still much, MUCH better than most of the crap on network TV.

South Park is just one pre-school joke after another. I get tired of hearing the same dumbass jokes every episode. It is like the polar opposite of MST3K. MST3K is smart, savvy humor. South Park seems to be targeted at using swear words to provoke elementary school giggles.
Just my thoughts,

I never watched South Park enough to give an opinion. I just don't care enough to watch. The Simpsons has been on for what, 15 years? Of course it's had it's ups and downs but it is the best sitcom, cartoon or otherwise ever on TV. MST is not a sitcom so it doesn't compare, it's in a league of it's own. And I know many here are too young to remember it SCTV is also one of the best comedies ever. Period. That's it Don't argue.

I agree on the SCTV. I forgot all about it. If you want great comedy, that's it.
