I'm thinking it may never happen now because I can't really get the support I need, but if I ever were going to make a web comic, here's what it would look like. These are just shots taken from character bios. These are actually only the villains. Maybe I'll post the heroes someday on the same thread.

It's not so much finding a website that I'm worried about. I'm more worried about finding a way to do coloring, getting readers, and fitting the somewhat obnoxious web comic format.
This comic is intended to be a continuing story, and is kind of slow, more like a cartoon or movie than like a comic strip. This would make the release of only a few frames a day annoying for both myself and any readers.

I'd suggest writting it out and finishing it first, then Promote (don't ask me how) and choose where to end each strip, you don't need only 3 frames a day.
