I frequently get this messege on this site.
"Too Many Connections
There are currently too many connections to this server. Please check back again in 30 seconds."
I don't seem to get this anywhere else. Anyone else encounter this?

It has happened to me a few times, but not frequently. I have seen this other other boards too.

Just literally do what they say. It usually works for me.

Had it happen several times. Don't really know what it means but, I just do what it says and it works. Not really a huge bother.

Just literally do what they say. It usually works for me. Yeah, that's what happens. I just haven't encountered it anywhere eles. But I don't use that many other boards. |

Since your first post it has been happening much more often. This board is growing fast, is must be all the traffic. I think we better get used to the 'Too Many Connections' message.

OK, but I use a Bob Dylan messege board with over 10.000 members and I don't have the same thing happen. An issue with the server?

Very possibly. This place is just small enough to have a server that doesn't need to move quickly, but just large enough for this to be an occasional problem.
