Does E in fact equal M C squared? Yes. Energy equals Mass multiplied by the Speed of Light squared. Dunno exactly what that means, but that is what I learned in school. |

It means that if you can get matter to move at the speed of light squared then you convert that matter to energy. It happens in nuclear fusion reactions...
