I mean, COME ON!!!! The Core What in the Hell is this? I watched this abortion last night for the first and last time. Unobtanium? Give me a break! The Japanese make up crap better than this for their Sci Fi flicks (Space Titanium - Mechagodzilla) Anyhooo, Mr Ed,....um,...er.....Hilary Swank needs to stop throwing up her breakfast, lunch and dinner and gain some weight, Aaron Eckhart......well, he just needs to stop everything. (and spackle that chin, bub!) Cooper Lane and John Rogers needs to learn how to write a plot point before even thinking about writing another screenplay. I woulod LOVE to see Mike/Joel and the Bots tear this flick to shreds

Wait, you actually watched the Core? Even from the trailer I could tell it was crap. Well, Curiosity won out. I just couldn't sleep unless I found out WHY the Space Shuttle crash landed in the Los Angeles river (drainage ditch). I needed to understand the reason a "Super Storm" lightning attack caused the Coleseum in Rome to explode. I simply could not eat unless I found out the reason thousands of homing pidgeons lost their ability to "home" and crash into buildings and people (a scene very H i t c h c o c k i a n). And that poor Hilary Swank. Surely she made enough dough from that flick to eat. Poor critter. She's going to waste away. Spending all her hard earned money to have all that fat injected into her lips, and all. And even after the end credits rolled, I still had no answers the the above questions. All I knew was, The Earth has a "core" and scientists from GQ magazine can drill there with some sort of laser drill in an Unobtanium encased super-machine. Or something......or something

It was just there to show off the Great special effects, but those alone don't make a movie.

Retarded. New element = radioactive. My dad is an earth science teacher. How did the Crystals form in temps over 4000 degrees? How come the the magma is clear?

I could've made better special effects with a lava lamp and a 35 cent box of toothpicks. Oh you could not! You would need at least 4 or 5 bucks.
