Especially if had the cartridge that had both Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt on it. Hell just recently me and my friends had a Duck Hunt tournament. I used to cheat at Duck Hunt. Sat right next to the screen and BANG BANG BANG! Perfect score.

Though it's a little old as far as PC games go, I've recently become hooked again on Need For Speed 3. Mainly because I enjoy downloading extra cars and tracks that were created by fellow fans.
I've also been reliving my childhood years by playing Mario Bros 2 & 3 on Gameboy Advance. Too bad I don't do as good as when I play it on that dinky ass screen.

Also my friend who still religously plays the first Contra insists on playing it with the Konami code on or else it's not worth playing.

Well, the game in itself is so hard that it's nearly impossible to beat without it. I've never been able to. Even to this day. And I also can't beat Mike Tyson on Punch Out. I'm 22 years old and Tyson is still kicking my ass. That's a bitch, Servo

I'm glad I'm not the only low down dirty cheater here. I think I need to watch that short on cheating again. I obviously didn't grasp the concepts of it the first time. Well, maybe I just took Crow's cue. Servo

The animal of question in EWJ was in fact, a hampster. You may be thinking of the moles w/sunglasses in Super Mario World.
Original Mario is quite cool, I remember my uncle had a trick where he could get near infinite lives in level 3-1 by jumping on a koopa on a set of stairs. If you did it at just the right distance, you could keep bouncing off of it for as long as you wanted. After 4 hops it would start popping out 1-ups instead of points and if you got over a hundred lives out of it, the life counter would start putting pictures up there instead of numbers. Not on purpose, it was just a coding flaw since no one was ever supposed to get more than 99 lives.
Recently I picked up Midway Arcade Treasures for my GameCube (Its only $20 and its out for all 3 major consoles, I highly reccomend it) and I love it. Its great having 24 different arcade games on one disc: Bubbles, Sinistar, Robotron 2084, Joust, Smash TV, Paperboy, Spy Hunter, the list goes on, I love them!
But Earthworm Jim remains my fav game of all time.

Yeah, I remember that trick from the original Super Mario. It was cool. The game was a bitch though. You could never, EVER beat it. It just kept going. I hated that garbage.
END, DAMNIT END!!!
