"Like a new toothbrush." How exactly does a new toothbrush feel? -al27 I felt like an orange once. Oh wait, that was after ingesting about 6 hits of LSD. But, the title was, I feel strange, and, I always felt strange when I did that. Servo

I felt strange once, when I woke up; And my brain was awake but the rest of my body was still sleeping. It's quite frightening.

I felt strange once, when I woke up; And my brain was awake but the rest of my body was still sleeping. It's quite frightening. It's called sleep paralysis. It happens to me from time to time. In some cases, people are convinsed there's a polturgyst (sp?) in the room. Because it'll feel like something heavy is on their chest forcing them down, and will hear was sounds like banging on the walls. Lucky for me, I've never had it that bad.

Sleep Paralysis is quite scary, it seemed when I tried to wake something screamed at me. I just hate it when that happens. Glad I don't have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, it's sort of like Sleep Paralysis but things get worse, you see frightening things, like Greys. Great I got my self all worked up, I don't think I'm going to be able to fall a sleep now.

I have sleep paralysis too. really bad. Occurs very randomly. The first time it happened I thought I'd been attacked and spent hours looking around my apt. for the culprit. It's really scary. Yeah, and i got insomia too, which is why I post erratically here. Sometimes I'm so tired there's no way I'm going to say something funny or even intelligble...like tonight.
But mostly I just feel strange.

I have: Insommia sometimes Once I had the said sleep paralisys like thing. I was awake, but I couldn't get my body to move that much. We were in a car, too. I tried to close my mouth, but all that happened was a twitch. I had to get my cousin to try to open my eyes, by gesturing toward my eyeballs, but it didn't work so I just fell back asleep.
