Uh-huh. Just when you thought we were gonna end this world wonders kick, here comes poll number 4. This time we'll be focusing on forgotten world wonders. Those that seemingly got left out when these assholes were making lists. And, hey, there's some cool stuff here! I mean, the Great Wall. That's a spectacular thing. The Leaning Tower? Sure, it's a faulty construct, but, it's really cool. And how the hell did they forget Stonehenge? Was it man-made? An ancient calendar? Did the aliens do it? Hey, we may never know. What we do know is that it is hella cool. So, here's your chance. Vote. What's the best of these forgotten treasures? My vote? Yep, I'm going for the Aztec Temple of Tenochtitlan. Yep, it's still there. I've been there. You can just imagine the massive amounts of human sacrifice that took place there. It's awesome. Go and see it. You'll love it.
So, what's your fav? Are you a commie and love the Great Wall? Or are you an Italiano and love the Leaning Tower?
VOTE NOW!!!
Your resident historian,
Servo

I have been fascinated by Stonehenge since I was a little boy. Maybe someday I will actually get to visit Stonehenge and from there be transported back to my home planet.

I've always thought the Colosseum was great. It was built by Vespasian in the sixties, and they had loads of great figths with animals and gladiators. And it's one of the few places I've read about in detail, since I've read Divus Claudius by Suetonius. Did you know we get the word arena from the Colosseum? The floor of the Colosseum was all sand, and the word in Latin for sand was harena. Take off the h and you have arena.

this was a tough list.... I'm going with the Colosseum. Not because it was the most brutal forms of entertainment (really, romans were pretty barbaric for all their high class acting) but because I Love Roman history, and there's something that just attracts me to it.

The Great Wall of China
I just think it's amazing that something this large was built when it was. I can't remember the name of the ambitious emperor who ordered it, though.
Is it true that it can be seen from space?

I voted for the Great Wall of China because...... Well I just did, ok? But really, it's the biggest thing man has ever built. Check out panoramic views here (click and hold the mouse button and move it to turn your view or click it to walk fowards and backwards. www.thebeijingguide.com/great_wall_of_china/index.html

I'm going with the great wall. Qin Shi Huang, first Emperor of China concieved it I believe, he is also the same one who was buried with the terra cotta warriors in that huge underground burial chamber (which should of also been listed ). He thought he was immortal did a bunch of crazy stuff and was the first Emperor of China. Movies about him include: Emperor and the Assassin, and Jet Li's "Hero". Im sure there are many others.
