Yea if they don't do it properly don't even bother to do it. QFT What rhino needs is a Hugh Beaumont style dad figure to dispense such advice to it (while smoking a pipe, preferably). "I know it's hard, son*Puff*, but when people are depending on you, you have to do your absolute best*puff puff*" Maybe they have Eddie Haskell there now.

Don't go away mad, just go away.
I find it funny. The folks who are mad at Rhino keep saying over and over and over again. "If your okay with what Rhino's done, that's fine. We won't bash you for it". So why can't you afford us the same courtesy?
So I have high standards, so yes, I watch the Rhino's and Home versions back to back to make sure I've not lost anything. Maybe I'm an anal retentive geek. But it's my right to be an anal retentive geek. And as long as I pay my hard earned cash, I'm allowed to voice my opinion when I'm discontent.
Why is that such a difficult concept to grasp for some people?
P.S: and I do heap praise when warranted. As with Girl In Gold Boots. The Rhino version restored the pot smoking scene which was altered on network TV. I applaud them for that and always have.

Where at? Is there one besides at the party when greasy gives Michelle joint. Haven't watched my rhino Girl In Gold Boots yet. Coincidently was thinking about watching it this weekend.

Let me quote from my web site MB... "It seems the Scifi network didn't want to show Michelle smoking a joint at the party. So they showed slowed down footage of the bongo players instead, and put the voiceover riffs on top of that. Rhino's version shows Michelle smoking the hippy lettuce -not the bongo players- so the riffs actually make more sense."

I'll never understand your mindset of "You should all just roll over and accept crappy DVDs from Rhino 'cause their job is really really hard!" anyway.

I'm sorry, but you'll find that people do tend to often have different opinions and, more often than not, they probably won't be the same as yours. Especially on the internet. Anyway, if you're going to have an attitude about it, then maybe it's best for all involved if we do part ways. I have to say, though, that I wouldn't go so far as to say, "Don't bother." Like I said, I'm glad that someone's releasing them. I just wish they'd be a bit more consistant with the quality of the releases... er, consistant in a good way.

You think we could compromise and get Mister Brady? I still think he should smoke the pipe though.

Don't forget they restored the stinger for Overdrawn at The Memory Bank. The stinger for Overdrawn wasn't always missing on broadcasts, as I recall it kept happening only at the end of MST3K's run on Scifi. I suspect negligence on the network's part rather than censorship.
