Whoah buddy, lay off the speed and diet pills, or the steroids, or whatever is causing your alarmingly disproportioned shortness of temper and vitriolic response. Wait? Is this Mighty Jack using another account? ...N/M, its not relevant. Since I generally don't enjoy being verbally attacked (especially for mentioning my affinity to a TV show), I think I should poke into your volatile yet quirky beehive of a noggin for some info (let's hope I don't get stung): How much of said show have you seen? There was nothing volatile about my response, I didn't attack or insult you did I? If I insulted you in some way, I'm sorry. But I've grown tired of the "how dare you not like this, how can you "possibly" hate it"" attitude I get if I mention I don't care for the show. I don't want to discuss it anymore, is that okay with you? Or will that be construed as a attack as well? I'm teasing... Here's a smilie so that you can see I'm not blowing my lid. Ok, fair enough. You just make it sound like Arrested Developent killed your parents. *shruggidy* Moving on... I want to see this movie. The trailer looks promising.

What possible reason is there to hate Arrested Development? Its MST3K turned into a sitcom.. It didn't make laugh. Period. It's not like MST3K at all and really, don't mean to be short but we've already got into one heated debate here about this show once. I don't want to get into another. So, I hated it. Not funny, that's all there is too it and we can now move on and respect our diiferences of opinion. Agreed. It was trying way too hard to be "quirky" and "charming," and it just failed miserably. You can't force that sort of thing. I respect most of the actors involved, but the show is supremely overrated.

Okay, Ok. Geez. I didn't realize people had these kind of knee-jerk reactions to TV shows. I'd hate to think of what woud happen if I mentioned Lost: "Oh, it tries too hard to be clever and suspenseful, boo!".
...I still want to see Juno.

Does she at least walk through walls in this one? (anyone who says "hu?" to that, failed the geek test. lol) "Don't chu know who I am? I'm duh Juggah-Naut, bitch!" Did I pass? Ok, fair enough. You just make it sound like Arrested Developent killed your parents. *shruggidy* My sister was killed in a horrible Wonder Years accident, you tactless brute! ::runs away crying::

Wow, I just followed Atari's link there & it sure looks like the "breakthru film of the year" A realistic comedy n' all. Plus those "39" little clips w/ Cody & Page are delightful. They're sure to be on the DvD . . . I'd hope !

So anyway, this movie looks like it could be pretty neat. Don't think it's gonna be any sort of landmark movie, but probably pretty damn good to great. Could also see it being overrated. Don't know if I have the motivation to see it in the theater though.

I'm glad I snuck in to see this flick, the dialogue was crap, and the music made me want to kill myself. I thought Ellen Page did a good job though.

Thank you Mr. A for recommending this. What a great movie. Juno's "Daria" act was off putting at first but she soon grew on me. The kid playing her boy friend was pitch perfect. In fact all the performances were stellar.
I laughed very hard, I was moved and touched often. I love the thing her dad tells her when she wonders if people stay in love.
I thought the dialog and script was brilliant, loved the music (It fit for her). This was an absolute a total delight. The last two movies I've seen, Juno and Once are great reasons why I Love film. When it's done right it can be an amazing thing to experience.
