Not sure if this is the right place for these, but I've made some videos lately (and I'm working on more) that show MST3K fans what scenes were cut from certain episodes.

Some movies will only have a few minutes cut, but others have around 15 minutes or more of cut footage.

YouTube made me remove these because of copyright nonsense (yet full videos are on YouTube for MST3K or the normal version). They might be making a comeback though, depending on how YouTube handles MST3K now...compared to five years ago. EDIT: The old videos are back, and I'm making new ones!



Here is my schedule for the rest of August, and then September and October. I'll be taking a break during November/December from editing, since those are Holiday months.

Thanks for these! As a B-movie afficionado, I love stuff like this. I'd really like to see the uncut version of Squirm, as I actually kind of, um, like that movie. Keep 'em coming-- I can't wait to see what atrocities were edited from Hobgoblins (I read somewhere that there was a scene with a robot?)

The Boggy Creek one is my favorite. I love that episode and I have a soft spot for that movie. I love that the only scene where Tim does anything or has more than one line was cut. TIM!

No problem. Since I enjoy MST3K, and a lot of the movies that they have made fun of, I figured that it might be interesting for those who also like certain movies.

The robot scene doesn't ring a bell, but there are some important scenes (the old man's boss who talks to him over the walkie talkie) that helped the movie some, but were probably cut for time.

If a movie isn't cut in any way then I can't do a video for it. I don't have every MST3K movie in regular form, but I do have a few to keep me busy. Most of the B&W movies (from my memory) only have a few minutes cut from them (if that), so some of my future videos for the older movies will be short.

Oh, forgot this. Since I hate censorship, and want to show all of the missing footage from certain movies/episodes I'll probably make the videos for them, but host it on a free server like Rapidshare. This way the movies that had nudity can still be shown, but I'll do those a bit later. I might do Squirm earlier than planned since I also liked that movie.

Going from my memory, but the only scene that involved good old Gloria wasn't in the uncut version, but was in the MST3K version. Go figure.

The scene was when Gloria was talking to Hymie (can't remember his actual name in the movie) and she was stroking the glass and mike said "Stop that!". For some reason that isn't in the regular movie.

You do see a longer scene where Dirk attacks the girl who uses the Tardis in the very beginning.

You see some scenes with the large Mexican guy (who seems like a body guard for the studio after the first Cop raid) who is helping in some of the smut videos. The same guy also grabs a towel off of one girl and you see her nude (shadow only I think).

Dirk attacks another girl in the park, and you see her chest since he rips her blouse off.

It's been a while since I've watched the regular version but when I make the video for it I'll rewatch it to make sure I find all of the cut scenes. Maybe there is something with your girlfriend Gloria.

I saw the "cut scenes" from "Puma man" spliced with the MST version, Believe it or not, the missing scenes actually clears up some plot points, and makes Vadinho more heroic (and makes you wonder if he should have been Puma man instead). It still makes the movie only .000000467 percent less embarassing

This reminds me of what Rhino did with the Eegah dvd. All I can say is keep it coming. Also about the supposed robot scene in Hobgoblins, there was someone a long time ago who asked about that here and the few people who saw the uncut version said there was no scene with a robot and that it was just some guy on IMDB making up stuff.

I'm looking forward to seeing what was cut out of Hobgoblins. I have a sick fascination with that movie.

I heard somewhere (possibly IMDB) that there were scenes cut from Deathstalker. Does anyone know about those?

Just to update those waiting for the next three:

Touch of Satan (both versions) were converted today. I'll be watching the original since it's been a while and then make the video. Just to play it safe (I have a few things to do on Friday), that video will be done on Saturday. I might have it done by Friday night but I'm not 100%.

Manos (both versions) will be converted on Friday and that video will be ready by Sunday. Depending on my schedule I might have it done by Saturday. I won't need to watch the original, since I usually watch it every Halloween season. Yeah, I'm crazy.

Hobgoblins (both versions) will be converted on Saturday. The video will be done on Monday, or Sunday at the earliest. I'll have to watch parts all the way through to make sure I don't skip past something that was cut, but it won't take too much time.

If someone has a favorite movie that they are curious about for missing scenes, go ahead and post the title in this topic. If the movie is available in regular form I'll try to get it and see if anything was cut or not.
