Just recently screened Santa Claus Conquers The Martians once again, wherein Voldar not once but twice attempts to murder two small children. (The second time he tries to snuff Kringle along with them.)
Booooo!
Even Pitch from the Mexican Santa Claus never sunk that low, and he was, after all, well, a devil.
Which got me thinking: who was the meanest, cruelest, most ruthless MST3K movie villain you can think of? (A few obvious villains come immediately to my mind, but I’d rather have you guys take first crack.)

J.C. from Sidehackers is totally gruesome. Yuri from Werewolf is also pretty bad; Crow's "I'LL KILL YOUR WHOLE FAMILY!" joke isn't far off the mark. Fortunately Yuri's incompetence mitigates his evilness somewhat.
June "The Leech Woman" Talbot is memorably vicious. She jumps straight from unhappy wife to conscienceless serial killer without a single pause or qualm.

J.C. from Sidehackers is totally gruesome... Yeah, I just watched Sidehackers this afternoon, and J.C. is one magnificent SOB. Still, I think both of the villains played by Donald Pleasance -- Prosser in Warrior Of The Lost World and Kobras in Puma Man -- had a kind of subtle devious quality far nastier than the unimaginative brutishness of J.C. J.C. just wanted to kill one guy; Prosser and Kobras both aspired to world conquest.

Dr. Brandon was pretty callous in I Was a Teenage Werewolf with his treatment of Tony's psyche. Then to top it off he justifies it by saying he was really saving Tony from the gas chamber. Jerk.

Tor Johnson in The Beast of Yucca Flats. Very big and angry. Maybe he was just misunderstood?

Moon from the Beatniks. He was one of the few people I just wanted to yell at "Stop doing stupid stuff! You're ruining someone else's life!"

Tor Johnson in The Beast of Yucca Flats. Very big and angry. Maybe he was just misunderstood? Jeez, I don't know about Javorsky(?) in Yucca Flats. He was just your regular old defecting Russian scientist who, like Curly, was a victim of circumstance. Now, on the other hand, that sneering Sheriff's Deputy in the airplane who was trying to shoot that guy who was out in the desert looking for his lost kids -- cripes, what a bastard.

I'm a little surprised nobody's mentioned one of the more obvious choices: the spaceship captain from Teenagers From Outer Space.
Man, was he one mean mother... oh, I'd better shut my mouth.

Yeah, JC from Sidehackers was pretty deplorable. I felt he was the filmmakers attempts to make a villain out of the guys railing against the Establishment: that they preach one thing, but also are self-centered and childish in how they just give into their own ways by belittling others.

Kobras from the Puma Man is just pure evil. Why, you may ask? Not only does he attempt to kill the son of a god, he attempts to force his daughter into killing one of her friends! He even wants conquer the world!

Hello, I'm back!
As for meanest of the mean, all these are great, but I vote for Betty from High School Big Shot. She really was a soulless sociopath who had no trouble leading men on, even urging one to kill another, while all the time keeping her eye on nothing but that sweet, sweet cash. I found her creepy because she was so damn plausible. I have no problem believing there's plenty of Bettys in the world.
Oh, man, it's all soft and stuff when we kiss!

Assuming that meanest villain isn't limited to the human variety, I would nominate Gaos. That was one vicious bird.
