On every single shout volume of mst3k.
That's all.
I just wanted to tell you all because you're the only ones who could understand!
Thanks.

Welcome to the club! Many of us probably have spent over a grand on the Rhino/Shout volumes over the years. Not sure how you could buy a higher level of entertainment happiness with a grand. It's my only guilty pleasure.

That's about how much you'll have to pay to get the Rhino set with Godzilla vs. Megalon.
I'm too scared to total up all I've spent on MST over the years. What with the box sets, memorabilia, T-Shirts, replica 'bots, paintings, secret illicit photos of Bobo & Brain Guy, lawyer fees and fines to settle with Mary Jo out of court...
Good times.

The high cost of Rhino and Shout Factory sets is probably why I'll never get to see every episode, I'm sad to say.

I won't judge you. I can't even begin to tally up all I've spent, from the DVDs which I buy as soon as they come out to the VHS tapes to illicit VHS tapes I bought off the black market when I was in college in the 90's. I'm really kind of junkie for MST3K

I also recently spent a few hundred bucks on all the Shout DVD sets I didn't yet have. Worth every penny. I don't have any Rhino sets yet but I might get some of them in due time. (And perhaps some fan copies from skyroniter too)

I'm holding off (at least for now while I have the willpower) on the rhino collections in hopes that those episodes will be re released one day in superior shout collections with better special features. I already own rhino vol 4 and 5 from when I was younger and those are some of my favorite episodes. I lost my time chasers dvd a while back though

It's my only guilty pleasure. Your avatar suggests that's not true! I guess you got me there. It was the most awesome thing I had ever seen when I was 6 in a household that pulled in three TV channels on a good day. At least I only had to spend a little over $100 on that whole series on DVD. Now I can enjoy them with my son.

I've been buying the episodes on Amazon Instant a little at a time. It seems to be the most affordable way to get the series as the majority of the episodes are $9.99 or less. Some are as cheap as $4.99.

700 dollars for over 30 sets? That is incredibly good, considering half the Rhino volumes are over 80 dollars or more. It is indeed a very expensive collection, but why wou;dn't you shell down 40 to 60 dollars per set for some of the best TV ever?

I'm thinking between memorabilia, duplicator, and DVD/BD masters that I've spent around 12-15K. I've been or a roll with show related models lately. Eventually I'll update my site and add more pics.

Now I feel bad that I only own one set. (MST3K Vs. Gamera by the way) Well, at least there's YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, etc.
