Are there any shows that are like MST3K, but instead make fun of found footage, informercials, public access shows, etc? Just curious.

There was a show on GSN back in the 90s that made fun of Game shows called Faux Pause. Though from all accounts and from what I saw it wasn't that good.
There was also that show where Martha Stewart's daughter and some friend of hers made fun of old episodes of Martha Stewart's Living and it was called Whatever Martha.....yeah that was a thing.

Arguably, the entire Let's Play industry. If "constant yelling and swearing" can equate to "riffing."
(Yes, yes, I know Let's Play isn't just that, especially when it's done in text form, but wow is it hard to avoid sometimes...)

There's actually a YouTube group called "retsupurae" that used to make fun of really, really bad let's players in a MST-esque manner. They rarely make fun of YouTube let's plays these days and now they mostly riff on weird/bad video games (played from beginning to end, generally by other people doing it for them), awful flash games from this trash dump of a site called Newgrounds and pitch videos from failed (and sometimes successful) video game themed Kickstarters.

Nifty. I don't think I'd enjoy watching it myself (for some reason, making fun of big name products always feels less mean-spirited than making fun of more home-made things like most Youtubers or Flash game makers), but I can definitely get the appeal.

Have you seen "Cheap Seats" with the Sklar Brothers? It's probably still running on ESPN Classic.

(Yes, yes, I know Let's Play isn't just that, especially when it's done in text form, but wow is it hard to avoid sometimes...) Noah Antwiler of The Spoony Experiment has made it crystal clear that MST3K is a major influence for him, and he's riffed a few oddball training videos and longplays in addition to his more standard reviews of games, movies, and wrestling shows (plus vlogs) over the years.

Cheap seats as escapecar mentioned--they even had the MST3K guys 'guest appear' once. (With silhouettes even, though that part was recycled.)
Also, if you remember Beavis and Butthead, they're on-the-couch watching MTV videos was essentially MST3K but with B&B-style humor.

According to the "American Scary" documentary, Zacherly would occasionally riff on the movies he hosted. I'll have to look for any surviving footage of this.
By the way, "American Scary" is a fun documentary, with some good comments from Joel. I just wish they'd release a Special Edition DVD set with more classic clips from local horror movie host (including some from the KTMA-era shows).

Stewart's daughter: "She's a fan of Mystery Science Theater..... for some reason." TruTV's "World's Dumbest" had mostly felons, has beens, and D-list comedians riffing dumb criminals, or other oddball videos. It was pretty funny for a few years, but eventually became too formulaic and repetitive (seriously how many videos of people beating each other up can you come up with jokes for?). There's also "I Can't Believe It's Not AVGN" which involved text commentary on other game reviewers' videos (usually Chris Bores'). The commentary even had a few MST3K references.
