Werewolf-when the modern-man-made werewolf security guard is driving, someone (Crow?) says something like ,"Hope he remembers to crack a window for himself."

A couple of more that get me are from Laserblast, I can't remember the exact riffs but, they are the ones that they all make about the "Super sounds of the 70's" tapes and such. I remember one that Mike makes.
"Hey, at least he's got 20 classic hits by 20 classic artists of the 70's in the van"
That was hilarious.

Another one that always gets me is during Pod People when Joel calls the monster in the opening credits "that dude from Iron Maiden"

Manos: The riff about every shot of the movie looks like someone's last photograph.
Eegah: When Roxy and Arch wave goodbye to Arch Sr. who's getting on the helicopter. The sounds Joel and the gang make of them getting their hands chopped off.
Catalina Caper: The opening, when the teenagers are on the beach at night and dancing by the fire. The book burning, witch burning, and clan meeting riffs kill me every time!

In MST3K:The Movie (And TomServo69's avatar) to the tune of dun-dun-dun! - "Normal View, Normal View, Normal View!"
And in the short Posture Pals: "Thanks, Mom-Dad."

Devil Doll
When the scene cuts to Vorelli lying in his bed with a curious look on his face....
Mike (with accent) goes
" Did I just see a man come in here and paw my puppet?"
