And finally, season 10. Sorry folks. You can't vote for Hamlet this time.

Future War was great. It was a total rip-off of about 70 movies even down to the Sarah Conner like narration. Plus it was just hilarious. "You still think I ripped my shirt off don't you?"

I'm torn between Future War and Soultaker. Future War's riffing was better, but Soultaker has Joel in it...

when Soultaker premiered I staked out the third floor lounge of Batchelder Hall in Bowling Green Ohio so that I'd have dibs on the tv. I watched it and I laughed a lot, and people would peek in and be like, oh, the nerdy kid's watching his crazy TV again.
Ah, the days.

Moonbeast.
I'm surprised this isn't more popluar. Hell the Phantom rule alone should be enough to win fans. All the elements are in place: Broad goofy characters, a cheesy monster, wooden acting, a nice tag line to draw on (Corns, onions..."sigh" hair...). Johnny Longbow and the Band who sang California lady are classic MST fodder.
And yet, many can't get into this episode.
Ah well. I think the riffing a blast so I voted for it.

Futurewar, could there be a better movie for this show? From the empty cardboard boxes, to the cardboard video news camera, this episode is a classic. I am having Fred Burrows' love child. My favorite part is how Runaway got to fight Neo in "Matrix Reloaded."

Future War just because of the cardboard camera.

It's a tough race between Soultaker and Future War for me. They both have The Catching Mitt with Eyes, Robert Z'Dar. But only Soultaker has Joe "Can I still be in the movie?" Estevez, plus I'm pretty sure Z'Dar's face is EVEN BIGGER in Soultaker. But Van Damme it, I just love the movie that really puts the "force" in forced perspective, has The Tool himself: Jean Claude Gosh Darn, uses the voice coach from Werewolf, and provides a safe haven for ice cream cravin' big guys. Future War wins it for me.

Future War by a mile. Everything from the cardboard camera, empty boxes stacked neatly for no apparent reason, exploding dinosaurs, never finding out who Fred Burrows is, to the last fight scene where our hero's shirt gets knocked off makes this episode #1 for season 10. Awesome episode.

Soultaker. Not only what is in my opinion, the unreleased best of season 10, but it was my first episode!

I wasn't sure which one to vote for, but then I was watching AMC this morning and they had a movie on which had Gary from Horrors of Spider Island. So I took it as a sign, since it looks like it'll be either Soultaker or Future War, which I think are both great episodes.

I can't decide between Horrors Of Spider Island and Future War. Since Future War has a lot of votes so far, I'm going to give my vote to Horrors Of Spider Island. I feel it's an extremely underrated episode, and I would absolutely love a Rhino release of this one. Garrrry! Gary! Garrrry! Gary! It has one of my favorite riffs of all time too - "This condescending pat will hold you over till I get back" ;D

This was a hard one to vote for, there a few here that I would have voted for. I chose Track of the Moonbeast.
I think I just laughed more mainly for reasons stated above.....Johnny Longbone("Is he seeing anybody)...>California LaaaAAAdy......The ineffectual prank pulling photographer in JC Penney hookerwear.
This would be followed closely by Future War......the cardboard camera.....I am still in shock that I saw a camera made of cardboard on the screen being passed off as real....UNreal.

I voted for "Horrors of Spider Island", partly to show support for one of my favorites eps of all time. Don't know why, exactly, perhaps it has something to do with the quality and abundance of cheesecake, but that can't be enough by itself.
I do love all the riffs on Agent Strangelove: "Finally! I can read Savage Love."
