I picture him as a short, stocky, dark-haired, average-looking guy. Not hideously ugly, not particularly handsome, just ordinary. He wears a red polo shirt, khaki slacks, and penny loafers. Yes, I picture penny loafers very clearly. Sometimes he wears a bright green polo shirt. He has dull, hazel-colored eyes. Sometimes he wears a yellow polo shirt.
