"Strange choice" "Not a strong episode" "I hate that one"
Odd group of "fans" around here. I guess if Rhino had been able to release the show like most TV shows - in order a season at a time - that would have really pissed people off.
And for the record, there are four episodes that aren't my favorites. Two of them are individual releases - and I own them.

I already have all of these episodes....AGAIN! But I'm definitely looking forward to it because:
A) I'd give 812 and 207 an A and the others a B+.
B) My copies of 104 and 613 are kinda glitchy.
C) Having intros from people actually that were in the movie is interesting (even though I met Conrad Brooks in person and he's a dickweed).
D) I have Vol. 1-8...

Thats cool we get another Season 1 ep, the only one i have watched was The Crawling Hand and that was because it was released.
In that one thread that gave the odds of getting certain titles, how were these rated? I know that Women of the Prehistoric Planet was PD (i believe) but The Sinister Urge and Wild Rebels would've been harder to get don't you think? As well as Strange Creatures considering it just had a DVD release not too long ago.
Maybe paying more for titles is Rhino's way of giving back to the fans because of the crappy Volume 8 set. Too bad they didn't listen to the fans more and pay for titles we wanted heh. I think this will be a cool set though, i haven't seen 104 or 613.

I have copies of 3 of these. I don't have Strange Creatures but I remember it as being pretty good. But this set will have to wait 'til the price drops (hopefully). And great bonus features will help a lot.

Finally! The selection is pretty good for me. Two I haven't seen #207 Wild Rebels and #812 Incredibly Strange Creatures. . . and one I had on a tape that finally gave up the ghost and died - #613 Sinister Urge. I already had #104, but oh well. I know, I'll be nice and give it to my brother. Slowly but surely I'll create another fan!

I like this set. I think it's very well-balanced and it'll be nice to have a decent copy of one of the better season 1 eps. I haven't watched any of these eps more than once or twice, so this is good for me. Maybe none of these eps are true "classics", but it's a good collection. I'll be looking forward to the actors' intros. I love to hear commentary from people that were involved with the films.

They should put The Sinister Urge in its original, uncut form as an extra, since it's (I think) the only "legitimate" (ie. non-porn) Ed Wood-directed full length movie that hasn't gotten a DVD release.
Kind of an odd collection, but not too bad. I like having a fairly equal Joel/Mike mix.
