Good point, I was wondering the same thing. Both of Chris Cornell's DVD polls have it listed pretty high up and it's the first national episode, etc. How about The Crawling Eye and a special intro/interview with Joel and maybe Trace?? That would be beautiful. Maybe if we can get Josh, and we could like get a fifteen minute featurette reflecting on the first episode and how the show evolved over time. Oh who am I kidding? That's not going to happen. But I can dream? Maybe they could do running commentary for the entire episode, like Mike's LEGEND FILMS releases.

Won't happen, but here's a "cheesy monster movie" themed set I would love to see. The even mix of Joel and Mike works perfectly too.
311 It Conquered The World
418 Attack Of The The Eye Creatures
704 The Incredible Melting Man
904 - Werewolf

We now have definitive word about The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection: Volume 10! Gonna be a good one! Episodes are: 212- GODZILLA VS. MEGALON 503- SWAMP DIAMONDS (Plus Short: WHAT TO DO ON A DATE) 514- TEEN-AGE STRANGLER (Plus Short: IS THIS LOVE?) 810- THE GIANT SPIDER INVASION
The collection also includes these extras: "MST3K Video Jukebox" (15 songs from the series) "Photo Gallery" "Outtakes" (we're told this actually means about 15 minute of the best moments from "Poopie 2").
August 29 is the confirmed release date; with the usual suggested retail price. An image of the cover should be up on out site shortly.=

Fans of the Godzilla ep will be rejoicing in the streets. I thought that was one no one counted on because of rights issues? All good eps except for Swamp Diamonds! One of my least favs ever--though it has one of their best shorts. I'm glad about Giant Spider Invasion because I only have it on video. Teenage Strangler is a sleeper fav of mine.

I wouldn't count on "Lost Continent" - Lippert films are hell to get the rights to. You're probably safe for a while longer. Wade Williams owns LOST CONTINENT, and Image released the DVD of it. Don't know who owns the other Lippert productions though.
