Announcements being made soon. Looks like the end of the year. Any idea how soon? I was just about to order some new MST3K's from Sky, but I don't really want to end up ordering some I'm going to regret buying in, say, a week or two. (I'm just asking you since you sound like an informed fella).

The last few pages of this thread has all the info known so far. Supposedly there's an announcement coming soon and the thought is near the end of the year. If I remember correctly the four episodes have been chosen. All that comes from a guy who works at Shout! on the Shout! forum.

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. And that doesn't benefit any of us!

Don't know about anyone else, but one of my biggest wishes for these Shout! sets is that they are slimmer than the Rhino boxes. I'm running out of shelf space over here!

I mean, the sets are pretty and all, but they're not practical. Besides, I have to have room for my "Jim Belushi DVD Anthology".

Just a few more pieces of information on the upcoming Shout! Factory set from B. Ward... They won't be continuing Rhino's numbering scheme... The discs will be single-sided, dual-layered, with each disc having its own thinpak. Nothing major, but still a little extra info is better than nothing! :-) www.shoutfactory.com/community/763/thread.aspx#3389(*edited to correct my DVD layer/side snafu*)
