I was at another of my favorite sites, agonybooth.com (check it out) where the intrepid web page master was reviewing "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank", and he made much of the "Venus on the Half Shell" scene, espcially Raoul's line "Oh Goddess of Transitory." I was laughing away when it occured to me that Goddess Of Transitory would be a great name for a band! And that gave me a great idea for a game!
Of the thousands of lines in MST3K, which do you think would be good to use for a band name? The best answer wins an "I'm A Virgin" T-shirt! So dig out those garage band dreams and take a guitar lick at this game!

Um, by my name, Amanda. Not very original now is it? I wish I'd gone with something different. But when I first started going there, there were far fewer people and it was about half and half, real names and made up names. Oh well. Hi, I'm Amanda.

Excellent, Miss_I! What movie will you review? And are they looking for other reviewers?
"I wonder where that peculiar hissing sound came from, that he always heard."
"The audience."

From Pod People: Julie Andrews is on Fire!!!
I think this band would mostly do covers of Morresey songs and some show tunes.

Ah, that's still a secret. It's for the upcoming disaster month in May. I got started in the reader review section with such selections as I Married A Monster From Outer Space and It! The Terror From Beyond Outer Space. Then I helped on the Armageddon Mega-Review. Albert emailed me asking if I'd like to help so what could I say but yes? He also asked me about Gigli but no way was I doing that atrocity. But this is my first fully sanctioned solo effort. I hope it turns out good, response-wise. If you have a super bad movie you'd like to skewer at length, let Albert know. It takes a long time to get it posted. He first contacted me about my disaster movie like back in November/December. I had it done in February and we're still a month away from posting. But it is a lot of fun.
