New game time, new game time!
Here are the rules again:
You watch OVERDRAWN AT THE MEMORY BANK or you remember it from last time, whatever.
You rate said episode using a 1 to 10 rating. 1 being, "This episode totally sucks! It is so bad it physically hurt me!" and 10 being "One of the best episodes I’ve ever seen in my life!”
Then you tell me and everyone reading this post why that episode deserves that rating, whether it be good or bad. Go into as much or as little detail as you want, but more is always more entertaining.
I'll go first: A lot of people don’t like this episode because it was played on SciFi so much. I like it a lot, just because there is so much to make fun of. C’mon, this movie has more fake techno babble than both of the new Star Wars flicks combined. And the doppling, the stupid special effects, and the fat jokes. The fat jokes just kept on coming with out any let up. I like fat jokes. But then there were host segments. I’m sorry but I hated the PBS rip off stuff. To this day, I get through Pearl singing without fast-forwarding it. I just find her that disgusting. But I digress, the episode is fun, and I like it a lot. An 8 out of 10.
See? Easy!
Next week I pick PRINCE OF SPACE, see you there.

This was a fun episode. I love the Fat man! M&TB's did a good job laying into him. ;D
Host segments are ok. But like most episodes after seeing them once, I usually just skip through & get back to the movie.
I'd give this one a 9.

I liked it good to. 8 out of 10 for the theater segments alone. Some of host segments left me really cold.

I forgot to mention this, but www.agonybooth.com just put up their review of Overdrawn. I haven't read all of it yet, but what I did read was pretty funny. -al27

Overdrawn at the Stupidity bank is more like it!
PBS is known for producing highbrow shows. This is one of their few attempts at something less esoteric. They're trying to make some sci-fi stuff that's in accordence with science, but acessable to the masses. Naturally, it fails miserably. Why the makers of Casablanca didn't sue PBS is beyond me. What really makes this one work is the hosting segments. Public Pearl is on the air! Ortega is accepting donations! Tom gives all his money to get a cheap looking tote bag!

7.9something out of 10
Tis a shame that Raul made this crap. The episode was all right but the movie just made this too unbearable and it sometimes overshadowed the jokes. The host segments were mixed for me(I liked Servo's dopple but I didn't care much for the parts with the monkey).
Fav riffs
When all three sing "You Can't Always Get What You Want" when church like music plays
Mike-"Ralph Malph here"
Crow-"You never bought a muffler together what's your point"

Definitely a 10 out of 10. I'll have a review of it up in the near future.

Some good riffs but I didn't laugh as much as I usually do with a typical episode. I give it a 6. Loved the stinger though.

God this movie's slow and confusing and cheesy and dull dull dull and unapproachable. That being said one of my favorite episodes. 10!

oh this is a
10/10
this is my favorite. From Fingal, to Fat Man, to "the place" to Doppeling this movie is perfect for mst3k. the host segments are only average but the movie goes so far up and above i have to give it a 10/10 and love it.
The really fake future like atmosphere, like Flavo Fibes and such.
"old guys becoming pandas. THATS THE FUTURE!" - Crow
the constant ANT EATER jokes are just about the funniest thing in any mst3k, without mst3k riffing. its so random and crazy. YOU FILTHY ANT-EATER!! LOL! I Love it.
Raul Julia is great. by great i mean its Tragic. lol. but hey.
This is the funniest MST3K cinema you could scroll up. so grab a bag.. or container.. whatever of Flavo Fibes, call up Dobby, and interface with the mst3k database.
I AM INTERFACED!!!!
10/10
